If you would like us to do a translation for you, you can bring the original document to our office. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.(we do not close for lunch), at Gran Vía, 57, 7º, 28013 Madrid.
Quote and Delivery Deadline
You can bring the document you need translated to our office, no prior appointment is necessary, and we will give you a quote and a delivery deadline.
You will have to give us a deposit (approximately 50% of the estimated price) when you ask us to do the translation. You will have to pay the outstanding amount when you pick it up.
If you are outside Madrid, you can send us the document you need translated by email, stating the language you wish to have the document translated into, and your personal details (name, address and telephone number). After it has been translated, we will send you the original and the translation by certified mail, COD (cash on delivery). The delivery deadline in this case can be delayed by up to at least one week.
Delivery and Invoicing
We will deliver your translation in the period agreed. When you place the order, we will give you a delivery deadline (day and time). You do not need to ring to confirm. You can come directly to our office.
Payment must be made in cash.
If you have chosen delivery by post, we will send you the translation by certified mail, COD (cash on delivery).
